The purchase of digital products, including PDF downloads and online material is subject to the following terms and conditions. Consumers are advised to review carefully before making any purchase.
All transactions for your purchase of PDF downloads, resource material, and online content are made through a payment gateway that uses SSL encryption. This payment gateway is safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries.

Product Downloads:

Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening, and all digital  purchases made on runningwithneedlesandscissors.com are non-refundable or exchangeable. 

Printed Products:

All printed material and supplies are eligible for a refund if the product is returned in its original unopened condition. Postage is covered by the buyer. 10% restocking fees apply.

Any seasonal kits are not eligible for cancelation or refund. All sales are final.
